Laghi Curiel Adventure Park - Campogalliano
Design and construction of an eco-friendly adventure park for a private investor, immersed in the natural oasis of Curiel Lakes
The setting
Within the beautiful naturalistic setting of Laghi Curiel in Campogalliano (Modena), a green lung renowned for outdoor activities, a private investor commissioned us to build a new outdoor entertainment hub. The client's goal was to diversify and enrich the tourist and recreational offer of the area, creating an infrastructure capable of attracting families, sports enthusiasts, and nature lovers. The real challenge was to design a fun and safe facility while simultaneously ensuring absolute respect for the delicate surrounding lake and forest ecosystem, without altering the landscape harmony of the site.
Our solution
Working closely with the client, we developed and installed a tree-based adventure park highly integrated into the environment, consisting of 4 courses and a total of 36 acrobatic elements. The courses were designed to offer a scalable experience: from the lowest and easiest lines for children to the highest and most challenging routes for adults. The 36 elements wind through the tall trees around the lake, including Tibetan bridges, nets, swinging walkways, and adrenaline-pumping zip lines. The entire facility was built using certified wood and low-visual-impact materials. To guarantee the highest safety standards with minimal staff employment by the private owner, we equipped the courses with a continuous lifeline system, ensuring a smooth experience with no risk of unhooking. The result is a modern, safe, and profitable adventure park for the client, which enhances the Laghi Curiel area, making it an even more attractive destination for local tourism in Emilia-Romagna.
