Subcontracted construction and installation of a futuristic adventure park on a self-supporting artificial structure for the Municipality of Novara di Sicilia.
The setting
The Municipality of Novara di Sicilia (in the province of Messina), famous for being ranked among the most beautiful villages in Italy, decided to take a bold step towards the future of active tourism by promoting the creation of a top-tier outdoor entertainment hub. For the execution of this ambitious project, the main contractor awarded the public tender chose us as their specialized technical partner, assigning us the complete construction and installation of the works under a subcontracting agreement. The logistical and construction site challenge was significant: erecting and assembling from scratch a self-supporting artificial structure within an area lacking suitable trees for a traditional installation, ensuring absolute stability and impeccable safety standards.
Our solution
Working in perfect synergy with the main contractor and the site management, we completed a massive construction work on schedule. The new adventure park is entirely developed on a complex network of imposing, latest-generation artificial poles, upon which we masterfully assembled and installed 5 acrobatic courses for a total of 25 suspended elements. Building on an artificial structure required a millimeter-perfect installation and tension calculation. The 25 elements were carefully set up to welcome a broad audience: from preparatory courses assembled for children, to dizzying high-altitude challenges dedicated to adults. During the construction phase, the entire facility was equipped with the most advanced continuous lifeline safety systems. The result is a modern structure that transforms Novara di Sicilia into a landmark destination for the outdoors, proving our excellence and reliability as a subcontracting executing company for the construction of major adventure parks in public contexts.
